“I don’t know. I felt like it was time,” B.YONEST explained. “I understand the necessity of production on albums and radio records, but people don’t pay enough attention to what “some” of us are sayin’. I reckon everyone WANTS to be heard, but do they deserve to. I think my acapella joint stands for itself. People tend to get lost in the beat sometimes and automatically classify a record a “hit.” I like to say the production is the picture and the words are the colors that fill the picture in. Lyricists and artists are supposed to bring a beautiful portrait to life.”

B.YONEST is known for out of the ordinary wordplay.
