“The Introduction of Penn Franklin” TrixTape is OFFICIALLY here.  I repeat.. The Introduction of Penn Franklin TrixTape is OFFICIALLY HERE. This is the first B.YONEST release since 2009 and trust me when I tell you…. He’s back like he never left. 19 Tracks. Three Remixes. Total B.YONEST. “The Introduction of Penn Franklin” TrixTape is something special, sports fans. B.YONEST takes his listeners on a whirlwind of emotions, feelings and expressions. He is definitely letting his audience/fan base into his life more on this project. B.YONEST has been going through a great deal of change the last two years and “The Introduction of Penn Franklin” TrixTape explains it ALL.

“I don’t know man. I’ve been all over the Country the last couple years. I’ve seen so much, learned so many things and lost a great deal in the last two years. I mean, I felt like I lost my marbles quite truthfully, but at the same time it forced me to focus on ME,” B.YONEST explained. “This project was the only way to tell everyone I was okay, doing better and NOT going anywhere.”

“The Introduction of Penn Franklin” TrixTape is the first project B.YONEST had done completely on his own. He wrote and recorded every song (in hotels, friends houses and random bassments) before his Engineer, Eric “Steezo” Jones (of Steezo Sound) came in and put his amazing mix down on it. After talking to B.YONEST, I could tell he was somewhat dumfounded about the fact that he did the project, dolo. His eyes show an intense excitement, but the conversation we had let me know he was somewhat intimidated about the reaction it receives from his friends and fans.

“I’m really putting myself out there on this one. I mean, I did this whole thing on my own the last year,” B.YONEST said. “I have no idea how the people are going to react to it, but I know it’s too late to care. I finished the project, it makes me feel good so all I can do is hope and pray my fans hear it the same way I do. It gives me the chills and tingles. My fans know I always speak about my life so they’re going to comprehend and understand exactly what I’m saying. It just doesn’t mean they’re going to appreciate it.”

Brian “B.YONEST” Penn is known for his punchlines, wordplay, stage presence and psychopathic attitude. The Silence Iz Broken (which was released three years ago) displayed a side of B.YONEST that would make most emcees cower and run after an attempt to challenge his lyricist abilities. Three weeks ago, B.YONEST entered a contest for NBA 2K12. They wanted to find an emcee to participate in a contest to be featured on the upcoming game. The beat was sent and B.YONEST wrote his version of “The Thrill.” The contest voting is still going on, BUT B.YONEST wanted to release the song and let you know he’s still working, VALIANTLY.
